Late District Elder Jimmy B Parrott

District Elder Jimmy B. Parrott, 60, entered eternal life Thursday February 24, 2011 at the South Jersey Health Care Regional Medical Center in Vineland, NJ. Son of Ebb Parrott and Myrtle Malone Parrott of Rossville & Macon, Tennessee, he lived in Plainfield, NJ where he was a 1969 graduate of Plainfield High School. He was a nephew of Henry and Lee Parrott of Plainfield, NJ.  He attended Middlesex County College from 1969-1971 and later moved to Piscataway, NJ where he lived 14 years. At the time of his death, he lived in Vineland, NJ the last 22 years. District Elder Parrott founded the Greater Evangelistic Temple COOLJC in Bridgeton and Vineland. His previous church auxiliaries include the following: Brotherhood and Deacon Board, Adult Sunday School Teacher, Young Adult Choir Member, Saturday Morning  Prayer Committee, Evangelical Diocese Sunday School Superintendent, Evangelical Diocese Executive Secretary and the Evangelical Diocese Advisor to the Youth Departments.  He has fought a good fight and was always faithful in God’s work...Well done District Elder Jimmy B.
